The Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District General Election for District Directors is to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Single Member Districts #2, #3, and #4 are due for election. The candidate filing period begins on Saturday, July 18, and ends on Monday, August 17.
Completed applications for a place on the ballot should be emailed to the HTGCD Elections Officer, Keaton Hoelscher, at khoelscher@haysgroundwater.com. Applications may also be dropped off at the District Office between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday through Friday.
